Question 1

Is this legal advice?

Accepted Answer

No. The Visa Blueprint is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our kits are educational templates and guides that help you structure your own documents. For advice on your specific legal situation, consult a qualified immigration lawyer.

Question 2

Do the kits guarantee my visa will be approved?

Accepted Answer

No. Nobody can guarantee a visa outcome, decisions belong solely to the French authorities. Our kits help you present a clear, well-structured, consistent file.

Question 3

Are the templates up to date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The kits are reviewed for the current application cycle. When procedures change, we update the templates.

Question 4

Do I get the files instantly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your download link. There is nothing shipped, everything is digital.

Question 5

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Because these are digital files, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). We will always make it right if a file is corrupted, never arrives, or if you received the wrong product.

Question 6

What format are the files in?

Accepted Answer

Editable Microsoft Word (.docx) documents that also open in Google Docs, Pages or LibreOffice, plus a plain-English user guide.

Question 7

What if my situation doesn't fit the template?

Accepted Answer

The templates are built around the most common profiles, and the guide explains how to adapt each section. If your case is unusual, email us, a real person will reply. For complex legal situations, we will tell you honestly when a lawyer is the better option.
