Refund Policy

Our kits are digital content delivered immediately. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued, and by completing your order you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions

We will replace your files or refund you in full if:

• a file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
• you never received your download link;
• you received the wrong product.
