We collect as little personal data as possible, and only to deliver what you bought. This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your email address and the kit you bought, to deliver your files and answer support requests.
• Payment details, handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages you send us by email.

Why, and on what legal basis

To perform the contract of sale (delivery, support), and to meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for the period required by French accounting law. Support emails are deleted once no longer useful.

Who processes it

Our payment provider (Stripe), our hosting and database provider, and our email delivery provider, each bound by data protection terms. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@getvisablueprint.com. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site only uses what is strictly necessary to work and to process secure payments. No advertising trackers.
