Terms of Sale
These terms govern every purchase made on getvisablueprint.com. By placing an order you accept them in full.
Seller
The Visa Blueprint is operated by Mathieu Silva, entrepreneur individuel, registered under number 980 654 073 R.C.S. Toulon, France. Contact: contact@getvisablueprint.com. Full details in the Legal Notice.
What we sell
Downloadable document kits: editable Word templates and plain-English guides that help you prepare your own French visa file. They are educational and methodological resources. They are not legal advice, we are not a law firm, and no visa outcome is ever guaranteed. Visa decisions belong solely to the French authorities.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros on each product page. Payment is made once, by card, through our secure payment provider at checkout. Any applicable tax is shown before you confirm.
Delivery
Delivery is 100% digital and immediate: as soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are available to download on the confirmation page and a copy of your download links is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Nothing is shipped.
Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the files are made available. See our Refund Policy for the cases where we replace your files or refund you.
Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use and adapt the templates for your own application, or that of your family. Reselling, sharing publicly or redistributing the files is not permitted.
Liability
You remain responsible for the content of your application and for checking the current requirements with the consulate or préfecture handling your file. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the kit.
Personal data
See our Privacy Policy.
Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Please contact us first so we can find a solution together. As a consumer you may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform.
